When conducting a project, especially as the project manager, it is imperative that they make sure that everyone involved is taken care of. Whether the project consists of manual activity, or staying at a desk, the project manager is responsible to consider the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the team.

First, the physical safety of the team members and stakeholders is the upmost priority. Any hazards, risks, or anything else that could potentially cause harm need to be addressed immediately upon discovering them. When acting as a project manager, one must ensure that the workers have the correct training and supervision to fulfill their task.

Finally, the supervisors should continue to keep themselves informed on all the environmental and construction regulations that are applicable to the project. Some examples of these guidelines for could be due to emissions, waste, or conservation of nature. By adhering to these expectations, the project managers show that they are committed to upholding the standards and their responsibility to lead the project in a positive way.
